MK2 pneumatically operated Brake & Clutch Relining Machine. Complete with tooling for De-Riveting and Riveting Brake & Clutch Linings. For use with semi-tubular and fully-tubular rivets of shank diameter of 3.5mm – 10mm(9/64” – 3/8”) inclusive, with a tooling stroke of approximately 20mm.Waste rivet collection bin fitted as standard. The MK2 is fitted with water filtration equipment as standard. Lubrication of internal pneumatic equipment is not necessary as the equipment used is lubricated during manufacture. At a working line pressure of 5.5bar (80P.S.I)the MK2 will produce a pressure at the punch of approximately 2.25tons.
